Unit 02 - How It's Used & Dialogue

1. I enjoyed the movie for the most part.
   • 난 그 영화 대체적으로 재밌게 봤어.
2. The date went OK for the most part.
   • 소개팅은 전반적으로 괜찮았어.
3. I prefer cats over dogs for the most part.
   • 저는 대체로 개보다 고양이를 더 좋아해요.

A: This movie looks fun.

• 이 영화 재미있겠다.

B: Oh, that? I saw it right when it came out.

• 아, 그거? 난 나오자마자 봤는데.

A: You did? How was it?

• 봤다고? 어땠어?

B: It was OK for the most part. It's not that different from the one that came out a few years ago.

• 전반적으로 괜찮았어. 몇 년 전에 나온 것과 크게 다르진 않아.

A: I didn't realize there was a prequel.

• 전편이 있는 줄 몰랐네.

B: Oh, this one isn't really a sequel. It's more like a reboot.

• 아, 이건 후속편이라기보다는 리부트에 가깝겠다.

Unit 02 - Practice & Further Use

1. For the most part, I think that it was a smart decision.
   • 전반적으로는 잘 결정한 것 같아.
2. For the most part, I'd say she's been adapting pretty well.
   • 그녀가 대체로 잘 적응하고 있다고 봐요.
3. For the most part, learning a foreign language is similar to adapting to a foreign culture.
   • 외국어를 배우는 것은 외국 문화에 적응하는 것과 대체로 비슷해요.
4. We were met with a few critical moments, but I feel like we handled each one pretty well for the most part.
